I don't think an absolute, 100% statement of fact is valid here. Stating that "No company..." in a world where millions of companies exist is just an overgeneralization presented as fact. We have a very short time period in which to measure remote work so to say "The data is not in yet" would be an understatement.
Also, define "healthy culture." No environment will be perfect for everyone. Many will be a culture fit and some will not. There is no one-size-fits-all universal "healthy culture." I've experienced remote-first cultures that are far "healthier" (for me) than ones in which there were no work from home days. It all comes down to the leadership, team dynamics, and hiring choices.
